You have never heard that?
I was just looking at some of the BP maxes and having seen pics etc... of some of you figured it would be higher.
Not a knock or anything by any means just asking.
I run my ass off and spend more time on that than anything and am 5'11" 185 and can bench 295 -300 most days with a pause and good form.
Granted I cant dead lift 400Lbs. I would rather be able to do that honestly. I fully understand BP isn't the best meause of strength.
I was just asking as I have seen some places only count a max at 2 reps. Maybe is 2 sets.
