How "extended" is the athletics budget? If Haith was making 1.3, as reported, then you'd need an extra $2.2 a year to bring in Marshall. Agree, Even with the budget difference, the fan base will have increased attendance and merchandise sales that will at least close that gap some and then if he wins here the profits will only increase.
