I can't argue with any of that. I have been roasted on here for it repeatedly, but I loved DVs leadership style.
Due to that, he was able to get the most out of a lot of players as long as they weren't rookies, kickers or on defense.
Dante Hall, Eddie Kennison, Trent Green were all examples of overachievers due to DV leadership.
