right, but the sugar isn't makign you fat, it's the excess food you will consume
for what it's worth, i like all foods and i think diets where you completely cut something out are ridiculous (IE cutting out all carbohydrates, cutting out all meat, etc - i don't mean getting rid of sugar becuase of course that is a good thing)
