The Dude has finally conceded that Big 12 expansion is dead for this year due to waiting on Notre Dame.
OU Rivals site is saying Dodds is the one that is pushing to wait for ND, while everyone else wants to expand. Big 12 not going forward without a consensus. Also FSU and Clemson not completely out of picture, but some definite complications going on.
