Sometimes i do. This is how i figure it, the last person that won the big jackpot thought he had no ****ing chance on gods green earth that he was going to win. Someone has to win, you just never know. You gotta be in it to win it though.
They just had a 40 million dollar winner here in Cali and last i heard that person hasnt turned in his/hers ticket.
