Thomas, and guys like him such as McCluster, look fast on the field because of their diminutive size and the agility that gives them when compared to the giants surrounding them, but the guy ran a 4.50.
Try to invent new ways to extrapolate that into something faster, but you can't.
So, yes, by all actual factualness, Thomas is 1/100th of a second faster than Dwayne Bowe. Thomas is 8/100ths of a second faster than Dexter McCluster.
If that pisses you off, take it up with Thomas himself. But that is an undisputable fact. Just because the Chiefs drafted this cat doesn't mean that all of a sudden his official, measured by laser Combine 40 time of 4.50 is now a 4.17 hand timed Bo Jackson level event.
