Go out (you have to ride out on a 4 wheeler or gator since its so far) a bit farther and not only does he have millions of dollars in farm equipment/buildings he has a skeet shooting deck that looks over his private valley that runs along over a mile of river.

I was down in Westlake, TX a about 10 years ago, when we were more into horses. An ex-Steeler lived down there, with a similar setup (minus the skeet shooting, I'm thinking the golf course next door with have issue with that). When you inventory things in your head and realize the cost of just the coolzone fans at the top of the show barn, you know these are deep deep pockets.
