I can already see some progress - tonight I worked Lats, and back, as well as shoulders again, a little.
Nice 40 min. workout - I went to Lettuce Surprise You (what garbage that is, these days) - I had a salad loaded w/ chicken and eggs.
I proteined today about three different times, a banana.
I mixed some tuna-salad, w/ minced green pepper, green onion + cilantro and olive oil, seasoned salt. on a wheat bun.
I've been hydrating properly, I'm right around 192 right now - at exactly 6' 1"
