NOpe. I tried the pull ups first. When I couldn't complete 2 I decided not to bother with the rest of the test. Even P90X states that if you cannot pass any one part of their test to start with P90 and come back.
I have shoulder issues right now anyway, due to an injury, so it is probably better this way.
