I highly doubt he pitches again this year, and it wouldn't surprise me if he never pitches effectively again. Garcia has been a head case from day one. Doesn't matter what sport, some players just cant relax and let their talent rise to the occasion. Garcia always was effected if the defense made a bad play or ump made a bad call.
Boggs is the same way. The talent is undeniably there. But he just for whatever reason chokes it in the 9th.
