It just amazes me the number of people I talk to who complain about their stomachs and digestion, then look puzzled when I ask if they ever tried to eliminate dairy. I mean , you'd think it would be worth a shot.

Have you tried lactaid? Worth a shot
I was lactose intolerant as a kid, then grew out of it, then back into it as a teen and now I can eat it again with no problems.
