Peoples callousness about this can really be a shocker, i remember being given a handful of change on a $200+ bill at a rib joint years ago... after standing there soaking it in for a minute i followed them out into the parking lot, didnt say anything because i didnt really want to lose my job, but i'm pretty sure my death glare said enough as they piled into the car, they all saw me one by one and quickly turned their heads as they did, the pukes.
