Heckert would be my choice if Denver was looking for a GM. Dorsey seems like a Patriot-Way type of signing. The Packers have had success because of Ted Thompson, not Dorsey.
I don't believe that just because you come from a place that has had success you are guaranteed success elsewhere. Look at guys like Spags, Dennis Allen, Josh McDaniels, Todd Haley, and Rex Ryan.
