First of all, don't get it from BB unless you want to spend 40% more than you need to. Look at New Egg and TigerDirect.
The best LCD TVs for the price, or just in general, are Samsungs. You can get a 32" for 900 bucks online, and it will cost you close to 1200 at BB. If you aren't looking to spend a mint, Olevia TVs generally get great reviews. They aren't going to be quite as crisp as the Samsung, but they are pretty close. You could get a 37 (with no tuner) for around 800 or a 37 (with HD tuner) for about 900. You could get a 32" with no tuner for 600 from NewEgg right now.
