They're like the 12th largest brewery in the U.S. at this point. They'll be hitting all 48 in the next year or two, I'd imagine.
Regarding Shiner Bock, it's a safe and delicious choice. You can't go wrong with it. It's not going to blow anybody's mind but very few people are going to turn up their nose either.
