Your marijuana laws in Missouri and Kansas are never gonna change if you don't get out of the oppressive republican shadow those states are in. You locals vote them into office off of social prejudice and financial oppression or financial greed. You wanna smoke a doob legally in those states elect a democrat or a libertarian.
