I was up til 5 am playing this shit last night. I didn't even realize how late it had gotten (or early, depending on how you look at it). I did the hunting mission and unlocked the hunting side missions. Awesome. Spent most of my time in the mountain area in the northwest. So amazing. A weird thing happened though as I was driving up the mountain.

I was going up the windy dirt road on the mountain at night and there were a bunch of cars in this circle area by the woods with their headlights on. It looked like a party of some kind. But there were a bunch of red blips on the map so there were enemies. I noticed a bunch of dead bodies by the vehicles. So I started lobbing nades over there and killed all of them. I wasn't even really close enough to see what was going on or who the enemies were. I just killed them all. I ran up there to see that everyone had been murdered. There was one person at the bottom of this hill who was barely alive. I killed them (naturally) and picked up this briefcase. It had 25,000 dollars in it! Yay! So I took it, drove off, went up the mountain some more, and then a couple vehicles pulled up on my ass really fast and started shooting at me. They were yelling "GIVE US THE MONEY YOU SON OF A BITCH!". Oh shit! I tried to kill them but they got me by surprise. I had no clue that was gonna happen. They ended up killing me and I started back off at the hospital with basically no money left. Those bastards lol. It was ****ing cool though. Shit like that is what makes this game so incredible.

I thought I kept the money even though they killed me? That was my favorite random event so far.
