This is a tough call. Normally I prefer slim, athletic women but Minnesota is approaching the "too skinny" realm, with toothpick legs and no hips.
Oregon is surprising thick for a Miss USA contestant but it very pretty and has nice curves. Plus, I spent a big chunk of my life in Oregon, so have to pull for the hometown gal
Illinois isn't anything special but takes second because she isn't quite the rail that Minnesota is
