Kind of. Nitrogen products are all made from natural gas. If they were refining it there it could make a hell of a lot of fire. UAN and MAP products are petroleum based and can burn. They're not super incendiary like gasoline, but it's oil based. Anhydrous ammonia is not flammable but is stored with a ****load of pressure and is some really mean shit.

The OKC bomb was ammonium nitrate which is not available any longer. Yes. Grain dust goes boom if it is atomized in an enclosed area.
