Oh I agree, completely and said that earlier in this thread. People are apologizing for Stafford and saying think how good he would be with real coaching.
The same people bashing Smith early in his career.
The same people bashing Smith for being injury prone.
But hey, let Stafford be injury prone then throw it 45 times a game for under 60% completion to the best WR in football and he must be a complete stud who cant be turned lose.
Nope no double standard here.
And to be clear I have never said Smith needs a big contract he hasn't earned (AKA CAssel).
