Brooks has strengths, but his resistance to get young guys into the lineup since the first playoff year is maddening. Jeremy Lamb could add much more to this team right now. Case in point he plays a few minutes the other night and scores 4 times as much as Fisher in 15 minutes. Veteran leadership means nothing if you can't play. Lead from the bench. The dumbest thing is he didn't take anyone's minutes that left. He's taking minutes from the existing rotation. Maynor wasn't getting minutes, but is being productive in Portland.
