I think Ryan has a lot of faults as a head coach, but attitude isn't one of them.
There's that cliche, "All teams believe they are good enough to win a championship." Can they only believe that in the locker room with the door locked under a blanket with a flashlight?
Rex Ryan just gave a voice to that supposed universal belief among sports teams, that's all. Which is healthy. If you believe it, then don't shy away or be ashamed of it.
