Again, It goes back to the talent he had and speed on the field. It's about Reid catering to the player's strengths. When he had quality speed guys, he threw it deep the most. He's only cracked the top 5 in 20+ yard passes four times in his career.
You still do not understand the concept.

You are posting the numbers for completed deep passes.

The fact that he had better deep threats to throw to will certainly improve the number of passes completed, and will enhance the YPA.

It still, however, does not reflect the number of deep passes attempted.
