I hear ya buddy... I don't know where the wife was raised, but she's got a phobia about undercooked food. So if i leave it to her, everything would be leather... She'll look at to places and go with the highest opinion, then not understand foods, depending, will rise 5-10 degrees after coming off the grill. Oh well.... She's learning not to ask!
