I'm telling you, if you REALLY want to quit, you'll get it done. When I quit, I wanted to, badly. I did the same thing losing weight; since 2010, I've almost 100 pounds, and it's a product of just being done with whatever the bad behavior is. My best description of my attitude about it was to a friend of mine that asked, "you're quit smoking and lost a ton of weight, what did you change?". My response was, "Nothing, I was just done with it."
