What's that say about Dungy then? He had the talent but couldn't get them to the SB, Gruden walks in and one year (I think) boom and they are in the SB and win the whole damn thing.
What one thing Jon has is motivation. He made those guys, Saap and Lynch believe that they could win. He knows football. You can't listen to him for an hour talking just real x's and o's football and tell me he doesn't know his shit.
If you don't like him as a person fine, but the guy knows football.
