We need a Head Coach who is not only experienced, but has been to the Superbowl, or has come darn near close. If our new HC isn't someone with a winning spirit akin to Cowher or Gruden, we can say goodbye to the Chiefs' playoff hopes for another 2 or so years. Hell, if I was Clark Hunt, I'd go after Tony Dungy at this point, even if I had to travel all the way to Indianapolis to talk him out of retirement.
