First: I thought for sure there was going to be a hit on the patio party, leaving everybody shot and wondering who (besides Walt) survives into next season -- with Walt Jr. and maybe even Holly dead. Even when Hank was in the bathroom, I thought he'd hear gunshots, run out, and find everybody lying on the patio bleeding.
Second: I'm not sure that was the best way to reveal Walt's secret. A book of poetry while sitting on the shitter? I get the callback and everything. I don't remember how or why the book got there. Regardless, it just seems to me there were many ways to use Walt's ego against him to have him make a false step. The book, though?
Well, I'll read all the reviews online tonight/tomorrow and see what everyone thinks. Just gut reaction, I'm not sure I'm buying it.
