So came upon an old (2002) Rany article in baseball prospectus about switching to a four-man rotation and limiting starters to ~85 pitches rather than the current 100. It could be of benefit to a team like ours with such a weak rotation and a strong/deep bullpen. How would you build the rotation this year and how would it project to 2013 and 2014?
