BlackBob's issue was that he would act like a complete idiot, get called on it, get his back up and then collapse when he got piled on. He would then act all contrite and promise to dial back the douchiness. He would usually break his promise within hours and it was rinse and repeat time.
He did this under numerous usernames. You could spot a BlackBob mult within a few posts.
