K-State is probably a more attractive school for the B1G than KU at this point due to K-State's competitiveness in the sport that really matters (football) and their multimillion-dollar biosecurity research program.

LOL, yeah that's why the Big Ten just added those powerhouse football programs Rutgers and Maryland. The Big Ten doesn't care about football. They care about money. KU would bring them more money than KSU and that's why they'd pick them ahead of Kansas State.
