OK, now its time. The Raider D is giving up tons of yardage, the Battle of the Bay went SF 472, Raiders 471. I think the Chiefs will rack up a similar amount. The Raider's success is dependent upon the play of Gannon. He plays well, we win. He's off, we lose. He was off the entire first half in SF, threw for about 50 yards. He was on in the second half ('cept for the bonehead INT), and he kicked butt. Which is more than Kowski kicked. Special teams saved our butts (missed FG's notwithstanding). Field position was in our favor bigtime. Blocked a punt, blocked a FG.

My prediction: Raiders were rusty, but went thru a rude awakening against SF. They're awake now, and the sense of urgency will carry over to the Arrowhead game. Gannon will be "on" for 3 quarters after a rough start (Raider trend this year), but Raiders get it together. KC has big day. Oakland has big day. Kowski finally kicks a winning FG...

Raiders 30, KC 27

What do you expect from a Raider homer?
