Widgetlocker is pretty cool. It's a lock screen replacement, that you can customize in just about any way. It lets you put widgets on the lock screen, and use a wide variety of different lock sliders and shortcuts from the lock screen. I like info available on my lock screen, like e-mail, weather, and calendar info. And it lets me customize it exactly the way I want.
