Unorthodox throwing mechanics don't have to prevent success. Bernie Kosar, Randall Cunningham, and even Rivers didn't let "bad" mechanics stop them from putting up solid numbers for a while. But Tebow's throwing motion is one of the reasons he sucks.

His throwing motion is beautiful.. It's his footwork that needs tweaked. With proper footwork his already excellent physical skills get even better IMO
