is Mysterio, because how else besides a projection can someone seemingly teleport into that jail cell? I didn't think it was Norman, because all we know from the film is that Norman is sick and dying (so why does he have powers), and because the character's southern drawl really threw me off).

Good thought. I was stumped by the tease but that's a good guess.
