To attach the pic to a post, you click on the Manage Attachments link.
Then click the Browse button and select the pic you want to attach.
With the name of that file in the box, click the Add This File button. Depending on the size of the file and the speed of your connection, this can take a minute or so.
When the pic has been uploaded, its filename will appear just below the box and just above the All Done button. Once that filename has appeared, then you can hit the All Done button.
You should find yourself back in the window where you were composing your post. You'll need to have some text in the body of the post, then hit Submit Reply.
Once the pic has been posted, right-click on it and then click Properties. Copy the info next to where it says Address and put that in your sig between the [img] tags. It will look something like this:
[img]http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/attachment.php?attachmentid=xxxxx&stc=1[/img]
