If any silver lining can be taken from Frank Haith, it may be that he ends up being the thermobaric weapon that destroys a run-down city block in a horrible neighborhood. Will there be some unnecessary collateral damage and loss of life? Of course. But at least the cleansing fire will allow a chance for a rebuild.
