Collins in his 8th NFL season, even at the NFL minimum, would be at $855,000.00.
I think on a 1 year deal he would get the minimum salary benefit which would reduce that cap number some. Also this money is not guaranteed.
If the doctors and trainers give their approval, it would be a very low $$ risk thing to sign Collins.
