Just got back from seeing it. I liked it alot, but liked the setup and the first 2/3s better than the last 3rd or so. I thought the last 15 minutes was just a simplistic monster movie.

Im also sort of tired of the open ended movies that fail to tell a complete story and leave you wanting more..but hey, thats a Damon (Lost) Lindelof specialty now. Meh, ive tired of his little open ended games that never answer anything.


Extremely well made flick, the effects, production design, score, acting, costumes, direction, everything.........

So was that an Alien queen at the end? If so, will she eventually lay eggs around the bottom of the crashed ship?.....because thats where they were in the original Alien.

Best scene was the C-section......incredibly icky. Thats what an Alien flick is all about.....makes you feel uncomfortable and that scene certainly did the trick.
