If they fire Scott they would owe him for the rest of this year and next. Around 7.5M
If they fire Romeo after the season they would owe him for the remaining 2 years or 8M if he doesn't find work elsewhere.
The buy out language would only be if Scott is extended. So say he gets 2 more years, but Clark could buy him out of it for X dollars instead of what's remaining on the contract.
