I did the same thing losing weight; since 2010, I've almost 100 pounds, and it's a product of just being done with whatever the bad behavior is. My best description of my attitude about it was to a friend of mine that asked, "you're quit smoking and lost a ton of weight, what did you change?". My response was, "Nothing, I was just done with it."
This coincides with about 3-4 big life changes I'm looking at, so maybe I'll have the luck you did. Thanks.
