I use ultimate guitar and songsterr, but I just them as a starting point... then I will youtube to see what other people are doing then I throw that away and do what my ear tells me...
When I was playing in the Church Praise band on a weekly basis I would get two to 4 new songs to learn for each Sunday(or relearn ones that I hadn't played in a year)... After doing that for four straight years I'm much quicker at picking up new stuff. Also, with that stuff there are so many versions of each song out there you can pretty much get away with playing your own interpretations of the songs...
