This is the thing that pisses me off about the NFL and contracts...
When players suck they don't give the money back but when they play good they don't want to honor their contract.
Lots of people want to balk because they say Gruden got 100 million... Gruden says it's not 100 million first off and second that money does not go against the cap.
I don't care either way, If he stays great, if he is traded just get his worth.

It works both ways. Teams put all these dollars in deals they never have any intention of ever paying.
I have no qualms about any player fighting for what they feel is adequate compensation.
The Raiders are stiffing Mack because they are cap and cash poor.
