I'm not sure of the episode names but for TOS, my favorites are the one where the spores make everyone peaceful and Kirk has to piss off Spock to get him out of it, the one where they go back in time and they beam up the pilot who sees them (kind of a silly one, but fun) and "Miri".
For TNG, the one where an alien probe puts Picard in the life of another man and he lives out the rest of that life and watches as the civilation get destroyed. Bittersweet.
