The Chiefs will hold a news conference Tuesday afternoon at 2:40 P.M. E.T. to address the comments made by Johnson on Twitter Sunday night. LJ has released a statement through his agent, apologizing to Todd Haley, the Chiefs, and the NFL. It rings hollow, however, when he says his intent was not to offend anyone even though he used a gay slur and belittled his head coach. Through his agent Larry Johnson announced he will be admitting himself into a treatment facility for ACS syndrome while the investigation is on going. No further details have been given nor did he elaborate on when LJ was officially diagnosed with ACS syndrome.
