She said there was nothing available. The best part of the conversation was that she told me that the credits I had were still on my account despite the fact that they haven't been on my bill for 2 months. The only thing I would recommend doing is calling in.....directly asking for retention and then asking for a supervisor right off the bat. I'd lay out how many years you've been with them and how much you pay them a year. If they still won't do anything....then I'd just cancel on the spot. It's bullshit they won't even give you a break on the price at all.
