We just started the hypertrophy phase of my buddy's program this week. Holy ****. These workouts are epic. I am already better at a lot of my lifts. I've seen decent improvement in my bench and squat already. I'm really excited to see what happens during this phase.
I also entered a new racquetball league. I had to really slow down about two years ago after injuring my back and I haven't been able to play much since then. I don't think I've ever moved so fast on the court. It felt great and I crushed my opponent. That felt pretty cool being the new guy in this league.
