You don't know that. They almost fired Haley after making the playoffs last year. All that would've done is prolong a toxic relationship. I don't think it's a real stretch at this point to say they didn't get along.
I do agree with all the points that say Pioli can fix this by winning. That's correct. I think you have to hope that the situation isn't so toxic that winning isn't going to happen.
