The fact that she high fives somebody makes it pretty likely she had no idea what she had done. There are some ****ed up people in the world, but pretty sure nobody would high five somebody to celebrate stealing from a kid.
I hate annoying people who chase after foul balls. She doesn't seem to have any social awareness. It looked to me like she saw the guy tossing a ball and decided she was going to get it. Same as idiots who interfere with their own team's player to catch a ball. Same with Bartman. Same with idiots who fall over the wall leaning to grab a ground ball.
